On dreams….

I have written about the disturbing dreams that have been plaguing my sleep recently and this morning I came across this quote.

A dream which is not interpreted is like a letter which is not read. ~ The Talmud

Looks like I need to do some more delving into the subconcious and deal with whatever is lurking there that may be playing a role in my fertility problems. What do you think?

oh yes i very much believe that we need to interpret our dreams – very often they hold the key to what we need to understand in our lives

I definitely think dreams are our mind’s way of working on problems for us while we’re asleep. Sometimes literally, sometimes metaphorically.

But I don’t think that we can psychologically prevent conception. We all have fears and worries about getting pregnant, raising and providing for a child. You have more reason to worry than most, with your medical history. Of course it would be on your mind! It’s ok to think about those things, to weigh all the options.

Why not try a session of Psych K – great for getting to the root of problems as your subconscious reveals what is going on and the Psych K deals with the problems. Joe Fox in Graiguemanagh is brill and there is also someone very good in Cork but don’t have any other recommendations. Joe charges 85 euro and sessions last about 90 min, depending on what is needed. Lovely guy and an amazing treatment, would recommend it to everyone 🙂
